Does the software have a built in HTML editor ?
Yes - there is a fully featured HTML editor to make life easier for you.

Can I deliver my messages by RSS ?
Yes - The built in RSS feature allows you a number of options for how you want to deliver your RSS messages.

Can I track which subscriber received which Autoresponder ?
Yes - There is a quick filter link which will show you a list of all of the subscribers for a selected autoresponder.

Can I track which individual messages a subscriber received ?
Yes - There is a quick filter link which will show you a list of all of the subscribers for a selected message within an autoresponder.

Can I track which links were clicked on by my subscribers ?
Yes - There is a quick filter link for each click tracking link which will show you a list of all of the subscribers for a selected click tracking link.

Are my RSS feeds tracked the same way as my emails are ?
Yes - In fact RSS feeds give better stats because they have a 100% delivery.

Can I re-direct subscribers to my own pages when they subscribe to my autoresponders ?
Yes - There are two methods you can use. Once logged in click on the help file and search for "tracking tags" for detailed instructions.

I purchased some leads from a reputable leads company. Can I upload these into my autoresponder?
No! - This is against our user agreement and our anti-spam policy due to potential spam issues. We would not want to jeopardize the availablitiy of our services to our many other clients. Very few autoresponder services allow you to import leads and if you find one they will charge you a very high fee for doing so.

Do you offer any additional services ?
Yes - We offer three additional services that are of excellent value:

1. Autoresponer Plus (Managed)
For close to the same price as most autoresponder companies charge for basic service, we offer a completely managed option. All you have to do is provide the content and we will setup, manage and add subscriber sign up forms to your website.

2. Reseller Site Design Update
Another low cost option for those that have purchased a reseller site but don't know how to personalize the html code. Including adding your Simple Contact autoresponder form code so you don't miss out on potential customers.

3. Marketing and Webmaster Package
You will have your own personal webmaster handling your website. HTML updates, website marketing, complete autoresponder management, training videos and consultation for a low monthly fee.
